Mumbai, January 21: So what if his ‘Chandni Chowk to China’ isn't the best film in the world. Akshay takes back with him moments... special ones. After all, he's a Dilli da kuda, and shooting in Chandni Chowk was "exhilarating". Anyway, it was when Akshay Kumar entered a dhaba in Paranthewalli galli that he broke down.
Reason? He's such a big hit in his hometown that his picture was on the wall along with greats like Indira Gandhi.
"He couldn't believe it when he saw his photo there. And he cried out of humility. He was very touched," says director Nikhil Advani. Now no box office record can match that for sure.
