We have heard about actors pledging support for various causes and the latest to join the bandwagon are Gautam Kapur and Prashant Chainani. The young actors from the film ‘42kms’ pledged their support at a recent Global Warming awareness programme at NM College. Considering Global Warming is a serious cause of concern and needs immediate remedial measures. The two actors not only shared their views and thoughts, but had some equally clever ideas to reduce its detrimental effects. Apparently both the young actors expressed that they strongly feel about this cause and offer their whole hearted support.
Prashant Chainani who is plays a happy go lucky college boy in the film ‘42 km’ is of the opinion that this is an important issue and he will do whatever it takes to do away with this threatening menace. Sharing his views his co-actor Gautam Kapur said, “As a responsible citizen I feel simple changes in our lifestyle can make a huge difference like: switching off our electrical appliances when not in use, avoid spilling fuel from the car tank, car-pooling when traveling long distances.
After all small changes do make a big difference.
