Anupam Kher's acting school Actor Prepares with its branches in Mumbai, Ahemadabad,
The school till now has imparted the knowledge and prepared many trainees into fine actors who have been able to get a good foothold in the film industries.
Now the actor has set his eyes on making able and better citizens out of the underprivileged children.
He has named the new project that he has envisaged to be carried out under the Anupam Kher Foundation as "The School Of Life".
The new programe aims not only to educate the children but also to make them strong and matured so that they will be able to face and find solutions to the different challenges that have to deal with in their everyday life.
Anupam Kher says "We are calling it "School O f Life" because we want to show kids how not to get frustrated with the knocks of life, how to deal with poverty, humility and rejection and other negative forces in life. We want to prepare our children to combat abuse in every guise so that there would be no child abuse and no children growing up as victims of alcohol and drug abuse".
