Katrina Kaif's booked till March

January 21st, 2009
MUMBAI: If you are a potential producer or event organizer, please do not look at dates from Katrina Kaif. The leggy lass has no dates to give for the next three months. And she is certainly not complaining. In fact Katrina is brimming with energy and feeling energetic at the hectic pace awaiting her.
From 18 January, Katrina will be shooting for Raj Kumar Santoshi's Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani, across various locations in Mumbai. She wraps up her shooting on 30 January, and late night, she flies to Delhi for the Hindustan Times beauty pageant.
After a short, two day shoot for De Dhana Dhan on 1 and 2 February, she flies to Bhopal for Prakash Jha's Rajniti. From 12 February to mid March, Katrina resumes her final shooting schedule for Raj Kumar Santoshi.
"Life should be like this. Always busy," says Katrina

Vivekh on the small screen?

January 21st, 2009
The meltdown has forced many Tamil film producers to bring down production costs. Actors Vivekh and Vadivel have been badly hit by therecession, as they are said to be the highest paid daily wage earners in the industry.
Though their film careers are booming, producers are finding it increasingly difficult to cast them in their films. Vivekh, we hear, does not want to cut down on his salary and so, has been forced to do fewer films.
The latest we hear about the actor is that he might do a television serial for a private channel. The serial will be a laugh riot, according to sources.
The comedian thinks that there is nothing wrong in opting for the small screen when his career in Kollywood is booming. The argument is that even top Bollywood actors (like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar) have opted for the small screen while doing movies too!
Kareena Kapoor's luscious body displayed
January 20th, 2009
Gone are the days when Kareena displayed her zero size body. The actress is on a diet that will enhance her curves and this curvy hourglass figure is now evident in the new Airtel commercial with boyfriend Saif Ali Khan.
Says her confidant, "Bebo is very proud to get back her curves. She had to work really hard for the zero size look. After all she has Punjabi genes and she loves eating. With this curvy look, she is looking really good."
Theatre owner Manoj Desai is of the opinion that, "Size does matter and in India there is no space for size zero in our films. Bebo looks under nourished and no Hindi film heroine can survive with such a figure. I am glad she has come to her senses and is now putting on weight."
Kareena Kapoor has a style quotient that can carry anything. From the call girl look in Chameli, to her sans make up look in Dev, to her zero size Tashan avatar, Kareena has been loved and admired, and in her latest commercial, the off shouldered cream top only helps to flaunt her latest assets.
