Actor-turned-producer Saif Ali Khan will be seen with his lady love Kareena Kapoor in Sriram Raghavan’s forthcoming film AgentVinod. nd, it’s needless to say that Kareena will be part of most of his home productions. But, what about parts for the family members — like mom Sharmila and sis Soha? When we got in touch with Soha, she was candid enough to say, “I am not in any of the films that bhai is producing this year. I want to do films with him, but nothing interesting is coming along. Also, he will play hero in all his films, so I’ll be cast as the sister. So, that’s again another problem. Of course, I can’t play his heroine!” Now, we get the point. But, brother-sister lost in a kumbh ka mela with two parallel love stories can well be worked out, na?

Sharmila–Soha Marathon mom daughter jodi

The original sex pot of yesteryear Sharmila Tagore has been very supportive of her actress daughter Soha Ali Khan. They have made many public appearances together, taken vacations together and will now run the marathon together for the actor Rahul Bose’s NGO named ‘Foundation’ for charity.

Sharmila Tagore, who is also UNICEF’s Goodwill ambassador has said, “Children are the future of India and as UNICEF’S Goodwill Ambassador. I have pledged to speak up for the cause of children whenever and wherever it is necessary. I am participating in this marathon to support HEAL, a project run by Rahul Bose’s NGO - the foundation, to raise awareness for sexually abused children. If this small effort in anyway alleviates the misery and stigma that these little children have to face, it will be worth my while”.

Rahul Bose on his part is of the view that the Mumbai marathon is the best community event after the recent 26/11 terror attacks.

He says, “This is the only occasion where differences visible in one’s daily life melts away and the entire city comes together in the spirit of oneness. The marathon is the event, where we need not to invest but should invest in it as it’s a great platform to see the different lifestyles thriving in the city come together for the support of different causes.”

Let’s just hope all their sincere efforts bear fruit! And yeah, a marathon change should come in Soha’s lackluster career too.

All is not well in Soha and Siddharth's love life

Soha Ali Khan recently hinted in all her interviews at all being well in her love life but we have found out her claims don't exactly hold true under the latest developed circumstances.

The love birds Soha and Siddharth have been fighting yet again of late.

Our source close to Soha revealed, "Siddharth is a very busy star down South. He is settled in Chennai but has to constantly keep shuffling between Chennai - Hyderabad and Mumbai thanks to his shooting commitments.

Though he is a Tamilian he hardly acts in Tamil films and is extremely popular and busy doing Telugu films post the stupendous success of his romantic comedy, Bommarilu.

What irks Soha is that since he is not doing anything much in Chennai why doesn't he leave the port city for good and settle in Mumbai itself along with her and keep shuffling between Mumbai - Hyderabad. Siddharth was in Mumbai last week and stayed as usual in Soha's flat for a few days.

This time they both had heated arguments over this matter. While Soha kept persisting, Siddharth was not interested in moving in to Mumbai at all.

The arguments reached such a point that he left Mumbai a day early than he had scheduled."

"Siddharth's career despite a rocking debut in Rang De Basanti has not really picked up in Mumbai. He was promised many big films but none fell in his lap. Even mentor Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra ditched him at the last minute for Dilli 6.

Its been more than a 2 and a half years since Rang De released.

With no film released yet since then, Siddharth is in a mood to wrap the projects in hand in Bollywood and settle in Chennai for good. Soha is completely against this.

Everytime its been Soha who has taken the initiative for a patch up after they both have fought. It looks hard this time that she will make the first move." the source added.
